Disturbed

I just got off youtube again. Right now, I am watching this discussion forum thingy on Channel U, Shoot 2. Topic of discussion I believe is about the stress level in the society now. One uncle interviewed made a comment which I found really familiar.. then I realised.. I am always hearing it from my parents. “在新加坡，要就死，千万不要病“ Best.... But you know what... TOTALLY AGREE.


Anyways, they were mentioning about some video clip that was sent ard the emails about this HK uncle who was ranting off on the bus, about stress and all. I remember hearing about it, but the clip itself I never managed to catch a glimpse. So, I went on to youtube to search for it. Ya ya .. I found it, watched it. He must be a really stressed fella.

BUT, at the side of the clips, I caught this title of one clip which went something like , "Girl bullied and humiliated by bitches". Kaypo me clicked on it of cos. It was interesting initially. Basically the guys in the class was bullying her, laughing at her, bla bla bla.. she was a bespectacled girl. I noticed this bloody thing with bespectacled students getting bullied.. as I found out when I started searching for more clips on bullying in schools.

Other clips I found were more violent. I realised I have forgotten that these incidents do exist in the society, though not in my immediate circle. I do have a few friends ard me who made fighting part of their lives when they were in sec sch. But they don't bully. The fights are just all about loyalty to friends and male's ego I believe. But bullying???? One clip was even named as the final edition with music embedded!! You know sthg.. these pple are such insecure victims of the current society. They find their self worth by taking it off someone whom they think is of a lower capability. Safety in numbers? I dare these pple. If you do not have the support of your so called frens, I DARE YOU TO DO THE SAME.


Aiya... very fired up... its heart wrenching.... but for those who are bullied, I can totally understand why you don't stand up for yourself. Now that I have reached a certain age, my mentality has changed. If I saw this 10 yrs ago, I so swear I will be cursing n swearing at the "bullied" as to why he din stand up for himself!! But I guess I mature slow then.. only to realise this so much later.. whereas... these victims already caught the idea behind the story back then.


Okie peeps.. tat's about all the emotions I can throw up for the week... exhausted...
